The book I have recently is called 'Invisible' by Robert Swindells.
The story was about a traveller called Rosie. She could walk backwards in a circle and disappear. Some pictures has been stolen from Inchlake manor. All the children got a gang set up called the Inchlake Invisibles because it was only children that could go invisible. In the end it was Kippax's dad that stole the pictures and statues and he got sent to jail for it.
I thought the book was ok. My favourite character was Rosie because she had the guts to do anything and wasnt affraid.. The end of this book was most exciting because Mr Kippax got cought and he thought he was going mental becuase the invisibles were holdin =g up items. He thought they were floating in mid-air.
I think this book should be recommended to adults and teenagers because the text would be too hard for children to read.
I look forward to reading more of Robert Swindells books. I have read his book room 13 too! That was really exciting.
